That’s why all travelers are automatically enrolled, at no extra charge, in our Basic Protection Plan. But for complete peace of mind, we recommend upgrading to one of our paid plans, like more than half of our travelers do each year. Our two Ultimate plans provide increased on-tour coverage plus the ability to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
ACIS travelers in 2022 and beyond will have new protection plan options designed to offer you enhanced refunds should your travel plans change. By popular demand, these new plans include a choice that allows you to cancel for any reason and receive a full refund!
Our Ultimate-Plus Protection Plan gives you complete flexibility. Up to 4 days before departure, you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund in cash.
Our Ultimate Protection Plan protects you by removing all penalties for cancellations. Again, you can cancel for any reason up to 4 days before departure and we’ll issue you a full refund, with a portion of your refund coming in the form of a travel voucher that’s valid for two years and fully transferable. This plan is not available on ACIS USA and Canada tours.
Our Basic Protection Plan covers all our participants automatically. Cancellations of any kind will be eligible for our standard refund policies.
