The Chocolates of the World Tasting Activity includes a brief historical overview of the cacao bean, and how it transformed from an Aztec ceremonial drink into a favorite sweet treat of European aristocracy. Now, chocolate is enjoyed all over the world, and each producer has a unique take on the flavor and texture.
