Bundle Discount

We don’t call it a bundle for nothing. We’d like to encourage you to do both, which is why we’re offering such a generous discount only when you take both actions.

Enrollment in Automatic Payments is free and and it allow you to choose the frequency for automatic withdrawals from your checking or savings account. With automatic payments you avoid any possible late fees and can extend the time to pay in full up to just 45 days before departure (versus 130 days with our manual payment plan).

You can sign up when registering or anytime up to 101 days prior to your tour’s departure within My Account.

The Upgraded Protection Plans not only offer higher medical coverage overseas with no deductible, as well as increased Trip Interruption benefits, they also include a generous Cancellation Coverage policy. You can cancel up until 4 days prior to departure, for any reason, and the upgraded plans offer full refund less the cost of the plan itself.  The Ultimate Plus Protection Plan will allow you a full cash refund less the cost of the plan, and the Ultimate Plan offers a full refund less the cost of the plan, with a Travel Voucher comprising a portion of the refund. You have until 130 days prior to departure to change your protection plan. Simply log in to My Account and click your plan in the Account Overview section.

The Ultimate-Plus Plan costs $55 per day, plus a $100 surcharge for participants age 66+.

The Ultimate Plan costs $40 per day, plus a $100 surcharge for participants age 66+.

Plans must be purchased for the entirety of the tour, including departure and return dates. These rates apply to our 2026 and 2027 tours.
