CURIOSITIES
Arab baths (13th and 14th century).
Casa del Marqués de Salvatierra.
Casa del Rey Moro
18th century garden and mansion. A stairway from the garden leads down to the river, the steps were cut by Christian slaves in the 14th century.
Take a walk across the Puente Nuevo from the Parador downhill to the old Arab baths and back over the old bridge before the steep climb back up to town. This is a lovely walk for daytime or early evening.
