Take the underground to Gloucester Road (Piccadilly, Circle or District lines).  Turn left on exiting station.  Queen’s Gate runs parallel to Gloucester Road, one block East (to the right).  Number 38 is towards the northern (far) end, about 10 minutes’ walk from the Underground station.

When you get to number 38, use the external entry phone to call the TM office.

From Heathrow:  Piccadilly line direct to Gloucester Road; or the Heathrow express train to Paddington, then Circle or District line Underground to Gloucester Road.

From Gatwick:  Gatwick Express train to Victoria, then Circle or District line Underground to Gloucester Road.

                   Harrods open from 1000-2100 Mon-Sat. Sunday 12:00-18:00.

British Currency is currently undergoing a gradual change from Elizabeth II to Charles III. All Elizabeth II coins and notes are legal tender. All notes are polymer. Assist any passenger who may have older paper notes older notes or coins prior to travelling.

PUBLIC TOILETS

Most towns and cities now charge for public toilets anything between 50p to £1 Inform passengers at welcome briefings to have change to hand. Mainline Train Stations in London are offering free toilet facilities. Department stores and chain restaurants can be useful for toilets.
