OPENING TIMES

Most shops are open on weekdays from around 10 am to 6 pm.  Food stores often close mid-afternoon but may stay open late.  In cities you often find street traders and kiosks, which stay open later.  Churches are usually open all day.  Museum opening times are variable; most are closed on Monday, and often one other day in the week as well as on high religious festivals (eg. Easter Sunday).  Some museums are only open in the morning, so check in advance.
