LONDON HEATHROW.

When you have your WHOLE GROUP together, take them out to the designated private hire coach bays. (If you don’t know where this is then enquire at the Information Desk when you arrive at the airport). Give yourself plenty of time to become familiar with individual terminal layouts before group arrival. Inform the Marshall of the group’s flight number and the name of the coach company collecting you. The coach will then be allowed to leave the coach park and will be with you in approximately 10 minutes.  Each Terminal has a coach marshall but if not present, there is often a contact phone.

Alternatively, contact your coach company to obtain the driver’s phone number and call him to liaise directly.  This is a good idea and much less stressful.

(Terminal Five Note: Arrivals Hall – at peak times both doors from security clearance may be in use, position yourself so you can view both.)
