Causey Farm Farm visit and lunch

NB

  • A straight drive from Galway to Causey Farm takes roughly 2 hours 30 minutes. This is allowing for a clear run, and as there is a good amount of travelling on country roads that is not guaranteed. Warn people about this the day before.
  • There is a collection of outlets at Kilmartin Service Station off the N6 just after Athlone. This has a convenience store and fast food outlets. There are also toilets and an ATM.
  • Another alternative is Athlone itself.  Use the hotel on the left hand side as you drive into town.  The coach can park around the back. This will add time and you will have a booked time for the farm.
  • There is more than one route to take once you leave the motorway. The one outlined below keeps you on the National Route roads the longest.

Timings here are given only as an indication. Any information on the voucher or from the office takes precedence over that listed here.

The location for the visit is Causey Farm, Girley Fordstown, County Meath, C15 P83R. (www.causey.ie
