Zero Down at Registration (Plus a Raffle)

We’re making registering for your ACIS tour even easier with Zero Down at Registration for a limited time!

It’s simple: Participants can register for their 2027* or 2028 trip and pay zero dollars toward their trip until September 1, 2026.

But wait, there’s more! We’re also sweetening the incentive to make that first payment as soon as you can.

Make your first payment or enroll in ACIS Automatic Payment Plans by July 1, 2026, and be entered for the chance to win your entire trip FOR FREE.

How Zero Down Works

Participants interested in enrolling on a trip will follow the standard online registration process, except on the payment screen they’ll see a new option: “I’ll wait to pay until Sept 1, 2026.”  By selecting that option and completing the registration process, students will be enrolled as a full participant on the trip, but will have an extra 4 months before any initial deposit is required. Just remember, if you want to enter the raffle, you’ll need to pay that deposit or sign up for autopay by July 1, 2026!

Come September 1, participants will pay the deposit plus the cost of any protection plan they may have selected, then will have until our standard payment deadlines to pay for the balance of their trip. 

Families that prefer to spread out payments over time (for example, by enrolling in an automatic payments plan) will still have that option available to them.
