There’s a lot to keep track of these days. Just in case a piece of ACIS’ Educational Tours news slipped by, here’s a round up to catch you up.

Registration Deals have been Extended

We have extended our very best early registration deals all the way through July 1, 2021. There are $300 discounts on 12 of our most popular tours, as well as our most generous World Traveler Rewards offer ever—triple reward points!

New Global Conferences and they’re on Sale!

We want teachers to get back to traveling as soon as possible. To help, in addition to our most generous World Traveler Reward points offer ever, we now have seven global conferences set to depart before the end of the year, and they are all on sale! Spend Veteran’s Day weekend in Costa Rica, Thanksgiving in Budapest or Spain, or maybe you want to close out the year in Germany and Austria, Lisbon, London or Paris. To see the full itineraries login to your account and check them out within the My Rewards section.

Holiday Tours for Groups

Not only do we have global conferences this December, we have specially-designed holiday tours for groups too! Travel to Italy, London or Paris with a group and enjoy all the festive season can provide. If you’ve had to postpone a trip, this is great option as recently graduated students should be available to travel too.

Private Tours

A private tour gives you the ultimate in flexibility and convenience. And now we are guaranteeing private tours with fewer participants than ever. Register just 20 participants on an European tour, or 15 participants on a tour to Asia, Central or South America by July 1, 2021 and stretch out on the bus. And if you want to travel to Europe with an even smaller group, check out our specially-designed small group tours where you only need 13 participants for a private tour.

Tour Managers will Zoom to You

Over the past year we have reevaluated every aspect of an ACIS Tour experience with an eye to enhancing it from beginning to end. If you’ve ever met an ACIS Tour Manager then you know they enhance every thing they do. So why limit them to purely meeting groups on tour? Their wealth of knowledge and charisma are sure to charm and enlighten your participants and their parents pre-departure. That is why this year tour managers are available to partner with you and your program consultant to lead your recruitment meeting. They will zoom in live from France, Spain or Costa Rica and virtually guide you through the program itinerary so everyone will better understand all the adventure, learning and fun to be had. Talk to your program consultant before your next meeting to set it up.

Zero-Down Registration and Risk-Free Deposits

This one isn’t brand new, but it’s so important I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention it again. Students can register for a 2022 tour without paying a cent until October 1. No money down means no risk, offering students the ultimate peace of mind and teachers the confidence to start planning as the world gets back on track. Many teachers have found this zero down offer is exactly what parents need to feel confident registering. If you’ve been hesitant to start planning, this offer, plus a tour manager attending your meeting, should hopefully put you at ease.
