Educational Tours for College Students
We’re best known for bringing high school students abroad, but did you know college-aged groups travel too? Here are just a few reasons to consider an ACIS tour for your higher learning group.
(And if you’re looking for full semester study abroad be sure to check out our parent company AIFS!)
Shorter Trips
ACIS specializes in 8 to 12 day educational travel itineraries. This shorter time frame is a great alternative for students who can’t accommodate a full semester abroad but are still hungry for an experience overseas. You’ll see so much in a short time – Just ask recent college traveler London!
Customizable Itineraries
We can build itineraries from scratch to match college-level curriculum. If there’s a specific site you want to see that’s not a part of the standard itinerary, your Program Consultant will work to include it whenever possible, and your Tour Manager will be prepped and ready to provide commentary suitable for more advanced students.

Ease of Planning
The process of applying for a semester overseas can be a lot to take on. With an ACIS Tour, students are still getting an experience abroad but one that takes the immense planning pressure off of their shoulders. ACIS does the heavy lifting with itinerary development and overseas operations, and we offer a 24/7 support network in case of any hiccups while traveling.
Course Credit
You can potentially earn college credit through your ACIS Tour! We are accredited through California State University, Sacramento (CSUS), where students earn one credit per week of travel (up to four units of graduate credit and up to six units of undergraduate credit). Full terms and conditions are found on the ACIS website and can be discussed with your Program Consultant.
