Summer is packed with ACIS student travels and ACIS Global Conferences for teachers!
Our global conferences are designed just for group leaders as a reward for showing their students the world through educational tours. For every student registered on a trip, group leaders earn World Traveler Rewards points that can then be put toward global conferences, trip upgrades, scholarships and more. All conferences include:

Malta
The stunning island of Malta is one of the hottest new destinations we offer for both student tours and global conferences. On the summer 2025 conference, educators enjoyed guided sightseeing in Malta’s 16th century capital city of Valletta, a tuk tuk tour on the island of Gozo and an excursion to the city of Birgu. And no trip to Malta would be complete without a refreshing dip into the Crystal Lagoon.
South African Safari
This was a global conference so popular, we offered it multiple times to meet demand! The trip started in South Africa’s largest city Johannesburg before moving to wildlife safaris through Karongwe Private Game Reserve and the famous Kruger National Park. Unique experiences included behind-the-scenes tours of Hoedspruit Endangered Species Centre and a visit with The Black Mambas, the first official all female anti-poaching unit.
Alaska
Each year we like to offer at least one family-friendly conference so that teachers can feel free to bring their kids along for the adventure. Travelers enjoyed guided tours of the Alaskan Wildlife Center and Denali National Park, plus a boat cruise in Resurrection Bay where they lucky to spot a pod of orcas. There was even time to snuggle with puppies at a sled dog kennel!
Egypt
There’s no de-Nile: The 2024 Egypt global conference was such a smash hit last summer, we brought it back for 2025! On a 4-day cruise down the Nile river, conference participants visited some of the greatest treasures of the ancient world, from the Luxor Temple to the Valley of Kings. Other special activities included a papyrus workshop, a guided tour of Cairo/Giza (yes, those pyramids and that sphinx), the Muhammad Ali Mosque, and visiting Tutankhamun’s famous mask and other treasures in the Egyptian Museum.
