Itinerary
The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.
Day 1, Monday July 12: Overnight Flight
Depart from the USA.
Day 2, Tuesday July 13: London
Arrive in London and meet your Tour Manager. Board your private coach and head to your Hotel Accommodation to check in. London Oyster card will be provided to each group member for access to London’s Transportation network. (D)
Day 3, Wednesday July 14: London
Enjoy a guided walking tour through central London, taking in iconic landmarks such as Westminster, Big Ben, Downing Street, the Houses of Parliament, and Trafalgar Square. Visit the world-famous British Museum, home to a vast collection of artefacts spanning thousands of years of global history and culture. Experience panoramic views across the capital from the London Eye, offering a unique perspective over the city’s skyline. (B,D)
Day 4, Thursday July 15: London
A double header match will be arranged against local teams of a similar standard where possible; all matches are subject to availability based on seasonality, location, and local league schedules. Explore the National Gallery, housing one of the world’s finest collections of European paintings in the heart of Trafalgar Square. Enjoy time at leisure to explore London independently, with opportunities to visit areas such as Covent Garden, Chinatown, Oxford Street, and more. (B,D)
Day 5, Friday July 16: London
A double header match will be arranged against local teams of a similar standard where possible; all matches are subject to availability based on seasonality, location, and local league schedules. Discover the historic Tower of London, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, home to the Crown Jewels and centuries of fascinating British history. Enjoy time at leisure to explore London independently, with opportunities to visit areas such as Covent Garden, Chinatown, Oxford Street, and more. (B,D)
Day 6, Saturday July 17: Chester
Spend time exploring the historic city of Oxford at leisure, known for its stunning architecture, colleges, and charming streets. Visit Christ Church College, one of Oxford’s most famous colleges, famous for its grand dining hall and connections to British history and film. Overnight accommodation in Chester. (B,D)
Day 7, Sunday July 18: Dublin
Enjoy free time in the historic city of Chester, known for its medieval streets, unique shopping galleries, and Roman heritage. This afternoon, travel by ferry from Holyhead to Dublin and check in at accomodation. (B,D)
Day 8, Monday July 19: Dublin
Take part in an interactive Gaelic Games session, learning and playing traditional Irish sports such as hurling and Gaelic football. Visit EPIC, an award-winning interactive museum, exploring the story of Irish emigration and its global cultural impact. Enjoy a guided walking tour of Trinity College’s historic campus, offering insight into Ireland’s oldest university and its iconic surroundings. (B,D)
Day 9, Tuesday July 20: Dublin
A double header match will be arranged against local teams of a similar standard where possible; all matches are subject to availability based on seasonality, location, and local league schedules. Free afternoon to explore Dublin. Celebrate the end of the tour with a farewell dinner at a local restaurant. (B,D)
Day 10, Wednesday July 21: Departure
Depart for the USA. (B)
