Lake Balaton

The largest lake in central Europe, Lake Balaton is located about 50 miles southwest of Budapest in central Hungary. Running along the foothills of Bakony Mountains, Lake Balaton provides visitors with ample opportunities for leisure activities and spectacular scenery.
