Itinerary
The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.
Day 1, Friday September 25: Boston
Depart from LAX and meet your Tour Manager upon arrival in Boston. Transfer to your hotel and check in before enjoying an early dinner together at a famous North End restaurant. In the evening, attend a Boston Symphony Orchestra concert, pending availability.
Day 2, Saturday September 26: Boston
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before discovering Boston’s rich history on a guided walk along the famous Freedom Trail. Led by costumed guides, your group will explore iconic landmarks such as Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, and the Old State House, while learning stories of the American Revolution and the city’s role in shaping the nation. Tonight, your first performance opportunity will be at Old South Church, pending availability. Dinner will be on your own at one of the many restaurants in Quincy Market and Faneuil Hall. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Boston. (B)
Day 3, Sunday September 27: Boston
Begin the morning with a special exchange opportunity, participating in a church service alongside the bell choir, followed by a luncheon reception with the congregation. In the afternoon, return to Boston and enjoy time for shopping and picking up souvenirs along Boston’s famous Newbury Street and Copley Plaza. Dinner will be on your own at one of the many outstanding restaurants in the area. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Boston. (B,)
Day 4, Monday September 28: Philadelphia
Wake up and enjoy breakfast at your hotel before checking out and departing for Philadelphia, a drive of approximately 6.5 hours. Stop for lunch along the way before checking in to your hotel and enjoying some free time to relax and explore the hotel’s amenities. Have time to explore the city before having dinnerwill be on your own tonight. (B,)
Day 5, Tuesday September 29: Philadelphia
Begin the day with a guided tour of Philadelphia, exploring the city’s historic landmarks and vibrant neighborhoods. Enjoy free time for lunch and the opportunity to mingle with members with another church choir. In the afternoon, depart for an exchange performance with a local choir, followed by a reception. Dinner will be on your own. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Philadelphia. (B,)
Day 6, Wednesday September 30: Philadelphia
Step into the birthplace of American democracy at Independence Hall, where the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution were debated and signed, with the opportunity for an impromptu sing-along. Just steps away, view the iconic Liberty Bell, a symbol of freedom and resilience. This guided experience brings history to life, highlighting the stories and people who shaped the nation. Enjoy free time for lunch and shopping before concluding your tour with a final concert and a farewell dinner featuring live entertainment.(B,D)
Day 7, Thursday October 1: Departure
Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
