Performance Tour to Croatia and Slovenia

The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.

Day 1, Wednesday June 10: Overnight Flight

Departure from the United States.

Day 2, Thursday June 11: Split

Arrive in Croatia today and meet your Encore Tour Manager who will transfer you to your centrally-located hotel in downtown Split. Freshen up, relax and start exploring the beautiful, historical city. This evening, your Tour Manager will walk you into the Old Town for a welcome dinner together. (D)

Day 3, Friday June 12: Split

Your morning sightseeing will introduce you to the history of this former Greek colony, famous for the massive Diocletian's Palace, named after the great Roman emperor for whom it was built around 300 AD. Exhibiting a mix of the traditional and the modern, today's exploration of the bustling city of Split will give you an opportunity to see how Dalmatian life is truly lived. This afternoon, rehearse for tonigh's debut concert performance. Venue options include the Cathedral of St Domnius. Enjoy dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 4, Saturday June 13: Split

Today travel to the coastal town of Trogir, known for its Old Town and mix of Renaissance, Baroque and Romanesque buildings. Enjoy dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 5, Sunday June 14: Zadar

This morning, travel to the Croatian capital of Zagreb stopping en route to visit the magnificent Plitvice Lakes National Park, one of the oldest and largest natural parks in Croatia. Later, on arrival in Zagreb check into the hotel. Enjoy dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 6, Monday June 15: Zagreb

Enjoy a morning sightseeing tour of the Croatian capital today followed by lunch on your own and some free time to explore. This afternoon, come together for a rehearsal at the venue. Tonight, perform your next concert performance at St Mark's Church in collaboration with a local choir. Enjoy dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 7, Tuesday June 16: Ljubljana

After breakfast, drive across to Slovenian capital of Ljubljana today. On arrival, a local guide will take you on a sightseeing tour of this beautiful city with its canals, squares and great youthful life. Later, check into your final hotel and enjoy dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 8, Wednesday June 17: Ljubljana

Take a journey to the stunning natural region of Lake Bled today. Known for its mountain backdrops and picturesque lake setting, Bled offers the ideal photo stop for any tour. Later, return back to Ljubljana for your afternoon rehearsal and final concert this evening at St James Church. Tonight celebrate your successful performance tour with a farewell dinner together! Day 9, Thursday June 18: Departure

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
