The 2027 BachFest Patron Tour

The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.

Day 1, Sunday June 6: Overnight Flight

Depart from Newark Airport on your overnight flight to Berlin.

Day 2, Monday June 7: Dresden

Arrive in Berlin and meet your Encore Tour Manager. Board your private deluxe motorcoach, transfer to Dresden for afternoon hotel check in and time to refresh and relax before your welcome dinner this evening at a local restaurant. (D)

Day 3, Tuesday June 8: Dresden

After breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Dresden with a local guide. You'll then enjoy a guided visit of the Frauenkirche and enjoy an exclusive organ performance by their resident organist. This afternoon, visit to Green Vault. Enjoy dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 4, Wednesday June 9: Leipzig

Depart for Leipzig this morning. En route visit Meissen where you will enjoy a guided tour of the Meissen Porcelain Factory. Continue to Leipzig, check into your next hotel and enjoy a cocktail reception at hotel with Leela and Christopher. Dinner will be on your own this evening. (B)

Day 5, Thursday June 10: Leipzig

Enjoy a guided sightseeing tour of Leipzig this morning with entrance included to Thomaskirche and the Bach Archives. Here the musical director of the Thomaskirche hosts our morning discovery and will share musical history about the church. Enjoy dinner on your own this evening. (B)

Day 6, Friday June 11: Leipzig

This morning, enjoy a visit to the Bach Archives. The rest of the day is yours to explore at your own pace and enjoy dinner on your own. (B)

Day 7, Saturday June 12: Leipzig

This morning enjoy a visit to the Mendelssohn House. Spend the rest of the day exploring at your leisure. (B)

Day 8, Sunday June 13: Leipzig

Today is yours to experience BachFest at your leisure. (B)

Day 9, Monday June 14: Leipzig

Today is yours to experience BachFest at your leisure. Tonight, celebrate your experience with a special farewell dinner reception after the concert. (B,D)

Day 10, Tuesday June 15: Departure

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
