Day 1, Friday June 25: San Jose

Arrive in the vibrant capital of Costa Rica, a country renowned for its commitment to sustainability. Enjoy a walking tourof San Jose with your Tour manager before checking into your hotel and having a welcome dinner together. (D)

Day 2, Saturday June 26: San Jose

Embark on a melodious journey through Costa Rica’s Central Mountain Range to the breathtaking La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Let the symphony of cascading waterfalls and vibrant wildlife awaken your musical spirit. Conclude the day with dinner and relaxation back at your hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 3, Sunday June 27: San Carlos

Enjoy the morning at the hotel. Later boarding the bus to San Carlos. Set out for a morning hike in the beautiful Parque Nacional Juan Castro Blanco and swim in the hot springs together at the hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 4, Monday June 28: San Carlos

After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a full cultural exchange with the SINEM San Carlos students, including a joint rehearsal. Return to the hotel to change before the evening’s Exchange Concert with the SINEM students, held right at the hotel depending on availabilty. Conclude the day with a celebratory dinner together. Day 5, Tuesday June 29: Monteverde

This morning, board the bus and depart for La Fortuna where you'll have an organic farm visit. Learn about sustainable farming and prepare an organic meal that you'll enjoy for lunch! Continue your journey to Monteverde and check in at your hotel. This evening, you'll dine at a local restaurant. (B,L,D)

Day 6, Wednesday June 30: Monteverde

Start your day with an exhilarating canopy adventure, where zip lines and hanging bridges offer a high-flying perspective on nature’s grand design. In the afternoon, prepare for a truly unique open-air concert. Adapting to one of the world’s most dynamic weather stages, this performance will resonate with the heart of Monteverde’s artistic community, with proceeds supporting local arts development. Enjoy a post-concert dinner and reception before returning to the hotel. (B,L,D)

Day 7, Thursday July 1: San Jose

Before bidding farewell to the cloud forest, delve into the rhythmic world of sustainable coffee production on a fascinating tour. Then, journey back to the Central Valley, your minds brimming with new melodies inspired by Costa Rica’s natural wonders. Check-in and enjoy dinner at the hotel upon arrival in San Jose. (B,L,D)

Day 8, Friday July 2: San Jose

Enjoy a leisurely morning in San José, perfect for last-minute rehearsals or exploring the city’s rich cultural tapestry. Later, take center stage for your grand finale at one of Costa Rica’s most prestigious theaters – a triumphant conclusion to your musical odyssey! Farewell dinner at the hotel! (B,L,D)

Day 9, Saturday July 3: Departure

Transfer to the airport in San Jose for return flight to the United States. (B)
