Day 1, Monday July 24: San Jose

Arrive in the vibrant capital of Costa Rica, a country renowned for its commitment to sustainability. After arriving, visit the Mercado Alajuela for a quick empanada lunch. Enjoy a short walking tour with your Tour manager before checking into your hotel and having a welcome dinner together. (D)

Day 2, Tuesday July 25: San Jose

Embark on a melodious journey through Costa Rica’s Central Mountain Range to the breathtaking La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Let the symphony of cascading waterfalls and vibrant wildlife awaken your musical spirit. Enjoy a group lunch before returning to the city for a rehearsal and concert of your tour!. Conclude the day with dinner and relaxation back at your hotel. (B, L, D)

Day 3, Wednesday July 26: San Carlos

After breakfast at the hotel, set out for a hike at the Tirimbina Biological Station. Then boarding the bus to San Carlos. Upon arrival, check into your next hotel and end the day with a group dinner. (B,L,D)

Day 4, Thursday July 27: San Carlos

today enjoy a full cultural exchange with the SINEM San Carlos students, including a joint rehearsal. Return to the hotel to change before the evening’s Exchange Concert with the SINEM students, held right at the hotel depending on approval . Conclude the day with a celebratory dinner together. Day 5, Friday July 28: Monteverde

This morning, board the bus and depart for La Fortuna where you'll have an organic farm visit. Learn about sustainable farming and prepare an organic meal that you'll enjoy for lunch! Continue your journey to Monteverde and check in at your hotel. This evening, you'll dine at a local restaurant. (B,L,D)

Day 6, Saturday July 29: Monteverde

Start your day with an exhilarating canopy adventure, where zip lines and hanging bridges offer a high-flying perspective on nature’s grand design. In the afternoon, prepare for a truly unique concert experience. Adapting to one of the world’s most dynamic weather stages, this performance will resonate with the heart of Monteverde’s artistic community, with proceeds supporting local arts development. Enjoy a post-concert dinner and reception before returning to the hotel. (B,D)

Day 7, Sunday July 30: San Jose

Before bidding farewell to the cloud forest, delve into the rhythmic world of sustainable coffee production on a fascinating tour. Then, journey back to the Central Valley, your minds brimming with new melodies inspired by Costa Rica’s natural wonders. Check-in and enjoy dinner at the hotel upon arrival in San Jose. (B,L,D)

Day 8, Monday July 31: San Jose

Enjoy a leisurely morning in San José, perfect for last-minute rehearsals or exploring the city’s rich cultural tapestry. Later, take center stage for your grand finale at one of Costa Rica’s most prestigious theaters at 6:00pm – a triumphant conclusion to your musical odyssey! Farewell dinner at the hotel! (B,D)

Day 9, Wednesday August 2: Departure

After breakfast at your hotel and check out, transfer to the airport for your return flight to New York. (B)
