WYO BANDS to Quebec City

Day 1, Friday April 17: Quebec

This morning board your bus for Canada! Upon arrival in Quebec City, you'll check into your hotel and meet your local Tour Manager, who will accompany you throughout your journey. In the evening, enjoy a welcome dinner at a charming local bistro, offering a taste of the region’s culinary flair. After dinner, return to your hotel to relax and settle in for your first overnight stay in the historic heart of Quebec City. (D)

Day 2, Saturday April 18: Quebec

Start the day with an early wake-up call followed by a hearty breakfast. Then, board the bus and head to your scheduled clinic /masterclass for the Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band. Afterward, travel to Les Galeries de la Capitale, where you'll have free time for lunch at your own expense and perhaps some shopping. There is a potential performance opportunity at the historic Holy Trinity Cathedral in the afternoon, pending final approval. Later, return to the hotel for some well-deserved free time to relax and enjoy the amenities. In the evening, board the bus again and head to a traditional Sugar Shack for an authentic Québécois meal, full of local flavor and charm. After dinner, return to the hotel for the night and rest for the adventures ahead. Overnight in Quebec City. (B,D)

Day 3, Sunday April 19: Quebec

Get ready for another exciting day, starting with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. Today, your ensembles will participate in the Rhythms Music Festival, showcasing your talents in a vibrant and inspiring musical setting (TBD). Following your performances, enjoy some free time for lunch on your own. In the afternoon, embark on a guided tour of Greater Quebec City, where you'll explore this captivating region's rich history, stunning architecture, and cultural highlights. After returning to the hotel, enjoy some relaxation and enjoy the amenities. In the evening, board the bus for a special awards dinner with interactive live entertainment—a perfect way to celebrate. Return to the hotel for the night. Overnight in Quebec City. (B,D)

Day 4, Monday April 20: Quebec

Wake up and enjoy breakfast served at your hotel before boarding the bus for a scenic guided tour of the Beaupré Coast. Highlights of the tour include a visit to the Copper Museum, the impressive Shrine of Sainte-Anne-de-Beaupré, a tasty stop at Marie's Ovens for a sample of fresh bread with maple butter, and a visit to the breathtaking Montmorency Falls Park. Lunch will be on your own during the tour. Depending on your schedule, you may also participate in a cultural exchange with a local school in the morning or afternoon. After the tour, return to the hotel for some free time to relax and enjoy the amenities. In the evening, head to a local bistro for dinner. Afterward, experience the magic of "Quebec-by-Nite" with a guided walk down the cliff to the Quebec Ferry. Enjoy a round-trip ride across the majestic St. Lawrence River for stunning nighttime city views. Once back on shore, ascend the cliff in the Funicular Glass Elevator before returning to the hotel for the night. Overnight in Quebec City. (B,D)

Day 5, Tuesday April 21: Departure

Enjoy breakfast this morning. Have sometime to enjoy the city before you bid farewell to your Tour Manager and say "au revoir" to Canada as you depart for the journey home. (B)
