Day 1, Monday April 6: Overnight Flight

Day 2, Tuesday April 7: Venice

Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival in Venice—known as the Queen of the Adriatic—you’ll be greeted by your Encore Tour Manager and transferred to your hotel. Once settled in, begin discovering the charm of this unforgettable city, where gondolas glide through scenic canals and elegant palaces line the waterfront. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner together at a local Venetian restaurant. (D)

Day 3, Wednesday April 8: Venice

Enjoy breakfast at your centrally located hotel before gathering for a three-hour group rehearsal with local musicians—an inspiring opportunity to make music in one of the world’s most beautiful cities. Following rehearsal, the remainder of the day is yours to explore at your own pace. Consider visiting the historic Fondaco dei Tedeschi for stunning rooftop views, or immerse yourself in Venetian history with a visit to the Doge’s Palace (entrances to both are under your own arrangement). Day 4, Thursday April 9: Venice

Today marks your first performance on the Venetian mainland! Spend the morning and afternoon at your leisure—perfect for wandering through hidden alleys, enjoying a gondola ride, or sipping a cappuccino in St. Mark’s Square. Later in the afternoon, meet your group and board your motor coach to travel to The Duomo della Natività della Beata Vergine Maria e di San Silvestro. Upon arrival, you’ll have a one-hour rehearsal followed by dinner. The evening concludes with your debut choral performance, featuring a special 15-minute organ recital. (B, D)

Day 5, Friday April 10: Venice

This morning, continue your musical journey with a second three-hour rehearsal alongside local musicians as you prepare for your upcoming concert later this week. The remainder of the day is yours to relax or further explore Venice’s timeless beauty. Dinner will be provided this evening. (B, D)

Day 6, Saturday April 11: Venice

Enjoy breakfast at your centrally located hotel, followed by a free morning to soak in Venice's sights, sounds, and flavors at your own pace. In the afternoon, join your third three-hour rehearsal with talented Italian musicians as final preparations are made for this evening's exceptional performance. After dinner, take the stage for a memorable rendition of Vivaldi's Gloria at the stunning Basilica di Santa Maria Gloriosa dei Frari—a true highlight of your tour. (B,)

Day 7, Sunday April 12: Venice

Today is yours to enjoy at leisure—perhaps take time for some last-minute shopping, explore hidden corners of Venice, or, for those interested, opt for an optional day trip to Florence by train (additional cost applies). Gather with your group for a festive farewell dinner this evening, celebrating your unforgettable musical journey through Venice. (B,D)

Day 8, Monday April 13: Departure

Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the US. (B)
