Tour to New York City and Carnegie Hall

The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.

Day 1, Saturday March 21: New York City

Depart this morning from LAX airport and arrive later today into New York City. On arrival, you will meet your Tour Managers, board the buses and head into The Big Apple to your downtown hotel. Enjoy a visit to the top of the Empire State Building for views of New York City at night! Overnight security is provided each night at your hotel. (D)

Day 2, Sunday March 22: New York City

This morning, enjoy a guided tour of Radio City Music Hall, before enjoying some time for shopping around the Rockefeller Center and on 'Fabulous 5th' Avenue. This afternoon, you will participate in your ensemble's Manhattan Concert Productions masterclass with a local clinician. The orchestra's clinic will take place from 2:15-3:15pm. The band's clinic will take place 3:30-4:30pm. Tonight enjoy dinner downtown followed by seeing &Juliet on Broadway! Overnight security is provided at your hotel (B,D)

Day 3, Monday March 23: New York City

Transfer to Carnegie Hall for your performance at this world famous concert venue, where as well as the opportunity to perform on this most famous of stages, you will also receive constructive performance advice from a faculty panel. When not on stage, you may like to attend performances of other participating ensembles. Then tonight enjoy a dinner cruise for amazing views of New York City! Overnight security is provided at your hotel (B,D)

Day 4, Tuesday March 24: New York City

This morning, board the ferry to see the iconic Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Immigrant Experience and Museum. Tonight celebrate your successful performance trip with dinner and tickets to see Death Becomes Her on Broadway! (B,D)

Day 5, Wednesday March 25: Departure

Today, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your return flight to Los Angeles. (B)
