The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.

Day 1, Thursday January 14: New York City

Fly from Minneapolis to New York today. Upon arrival in New York, meet your Encore Tour Managers (one per motorcoach) and transfer to the Intercontinental Times Square for check-in and time to relkax and refresh or step out into the bustling Times Square just a few footsteps away! Meet this evening in the hotel lobby for a short walk to a NYC icon, Carmine's restaurant for a fun and delicious family-style welcome dinner featuring delicious signature antipasti, pastas, and meat dishes. Wine, beer and soft drinks included with tonight's dinner. (D)

Day 2, Friday January 15: New York City

Enjoy an abundant breakfast buffet in the hotel's restaurant included each morning of your stay (gratuity and all taxes included). Pending scheduled rehearsal time and location, meet in the hotel lobby and transfer by private motorcoach to today's rehearsal. Your Tour Managers will be with you to facilitate the transfer and bus arrival. Transfer back to the Intercontinental after your rehearsal today and enjoy the rest of the afternoon and evening in New York. Your Tour Managers are on hand to recommend local restaurants and the best places to buy last minute tickets to the latest Broadway Shows! (B)

Day 3, Saturday January 16: New York City

Awake in "The City that never sleeps" and enjoy a delicious breakfast in the hotel's restaurant. Whether walking the High Line, visiting the Met or strolling Central Park, the morning is yours for sightseeing at your leisure. An afternoon rehearsal (with escorted transfers) is scheduled to perfect your performance tomorrow for the world-famous stage of Carnegie! (B)

Day 4, Sunday January 17: New York City

After breakfast at the Intercontinental, the entire day is reserved for rehearsal and performance. Transfer by private coach to Carnegie Hall for your last rehearsal and this evening's performance. A transfer is also scheduled to return to the hotel after your concert and post-concert celebration. (B)

Day 5, Monday January 18: Departure

After breakfast at the hotel and check-out, transfer to the airport for return flight to Minneapolis. Your Tour Managers will be with you to assist with your group check in. (B)
