The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.

Day 1, Saturday December 26: Mexico City

Bienvenidos a Mexico! Depart from the US today and arrive in Mexico City. Meet your Encore Tour Manager and transfer to your comfortable hotel. After check in and a tour briefing, take a walk together and stroll past the Palacio de Bellas Artes and down the Paseo de la Reforma. Enjoy a welcome dinner as a group at the hotel.

Day 2, Sunday December 27: Mexico City

This morning after breakfast attend and sing at Mass in a local church or cathedral in the city. After an independent lunch, a local guide will introduce you to this lovely city during a sightseeing tour. As one of the world’s biggest and most populated metropolis; Mexico City has more museums than any other city in the world, as well as colorful markets, and magnificent avenues full of fancy boutiques, coffee shops and art galleries. Later return to your hotel for dinner (B,D)

Day 3, Monday December 28: Mexico City

After breakfast journey to the city suburb of Coyocan and discover the environment which inspired one of its most famous residents, Frieda Kahlo. After an independent lunch, take a boat trip in the UNESCO World Heritage Site which is the Xochimilco floating gardens: over 100 miles of canals with colorful boats and communities await! Tonight you'll perform your first concert in a local concert venue before taking dinner together. (B,D)

Day 4, Tuesday December 29: Mexico City

This morning after breakfast discover centuries of the city's art history at the Soumaya Museum. Later visit the Inbursa Aquarium and mingle with the more than 14,000 sea creatures accommodated over 4 levels here. Later after an early dinner together perform your final concert in a venue in the city (B,D)

Day 5, Wednesday December 30: Mexico City

Today's excursion brings you to the Teotihuacan pyramid complex, famous for its pyramids and their relation to the stars. The so-called City of the Gods, Teotihuacan preserves the remains of one of the most important civilizations in Mesoamerica. Walk along Dead Avenue, the ancient main street that runs over 1.5 miles and see the Quetzalcoatl Temple and other notable buildings. Later return to the city center to celebrate your successful performance tour with a farewell dinner (B,D)

Day 6, Thursday December 31: Departure

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
