Day 1, Wednesday March 22: Overnight Flight

Departure from the United States.

Day 2, Thursday March 23: Cremona

Benvenuti in Italia! Arrive in Milan and meet your Tour Manager at the airport. Transfer to Cremona for check-in and enjoy dinner together this evening. (D)

Day 3, Friday March 24: Cremona

Start the day off with a walking tour of beautiful Cremona to learn about the important heritage of violin-making in this city with your Tour Manager. You will visit the Museo del Violino where you will see its incredible collection of original Stradivarius violins. This afternoon, take part in a masterclass workshop, which could be in the museum's own auditorium or a nearby hall. Dinner tonight is in a local restaurant. (B,D)

Day 4, Saturday March 25: Montecatini

After breakfast check out and travel south towards Tuscany, stopping first in the town of Lucca, where you'll have the chance to visit the birthplace of that most Italian of composers, Giacomo Puccini. Continue to the elegant spa resort of Montecatini where you’ll check into your hotel and have dinner together. (B,D)

Day 5, Sunday March 26: Montecatini

After breakfast, a licensed guide will take you on a walking tour of Florence taking in Santa Croce, the Duomo and Ghiberti's famous Baptistry Doors. You will also visit the Accademia to see some of Italy's most beloved artworks, including Michelangelo's "David." The rest of the aftenroon is free to explore the city: you could head up the hill to the Boboli Gardens for spectacular views over the city, before dinner in a local restaurant. (B,D)

Day 6, Monday March 27: Rome

Continue to Rome this morning, taking a panoramic tour on arrival including such highlights as the Circus Maximus, Baths of Caracalla, and Monument of Vittorio Emanuele (Rome's "Wedding Cake"). This afternoon, visit the magnificent Vatican Museums including the Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica with whispers headsets. This evening play your part in Italy's most famous culinary creation as you make your own pizza in a class overseen by a piazzolo chef! (B,D)

Day 7, Tuesday March 28: Rome

This morning, you’ll visit two of Rome's most famous and ancient landmarks: the Colosseum and Roman Forum. You will learn about the heart of the Roman Empire and about Roman life in the capital. Continue to the romantic Trevi fountain to make your wish! Later this afternoon, rehearse for tonight's final concert performance which will take place at St Paul's Within the Walls or a similar available local venue, before a farewell dinner together (B,D)

Day 8, Wednesday March 29: Departure

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
