Itinerary
The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.
Day 1, Sunday March 15: Overnight Flight
Departure from the United States.
Day 2, Monday March 16: Granada
Upon arrival at Malaga Airport, clear customs and proceed with your transfer to Granada. After a scenic drive, you’ll check into your hotel in Granada. Enjoy a relaxing dinner at the hotel, where you can unwind and enjoy local flavors.Overnight in Granada, resting and preparing for the exciting days ahead. (D)
Day 3, Tuesday March 17: Granada
Start your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel. In the morning, embark on a visit to the breathtaking Alhambra Palace Complex, a UNESCO World Heritage site renowned for its stunning architecture and gardens. This iconic landmark offers a glimpse into Spain's rich Moorish history.Enjoy some free time for lunch on route, allowing you to relax and explore Granada at your own pace. In the evening, participate in a rehearsal in Granada, showcasing local talent and artistry. (B,D)
Day 4, Wednesday March 18: Seville
Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel before departing for Ronda, a picturesque city famous for its dramatic cliffs and historic architecture. Enjoy a city walk through Ronda, taking in the breathtaking views and exploring its charming streets.You'll have free time for lunch, allowing you to sample local delicacies or relax in a scenic café. In the afternoon, participate in a rehearsal followed by Performance 1 in Ronda, where you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your talents in this historic city. After the performance, continue your journey to Seville, where you'll check into your hotel. Enjoy a delightful dinner at the hotel, followed by a peaceful overnight stay in Seville, preparing for another exciting day ahead (B,D)
Day 5, Thursday March 19: Seville
Begin your day with a morning visit to Seville, exploring two of its most iconic landmarks: the Seville Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world, and the stunning Royal Alcázar, a beautiful palace complex with a rich history and exquisite Moorish architecture. Tonight, perform your second concert of the tour in a local Jazz Club in Seville. Dinner will be on your own this evening. (B)
Day 6, Friday March 20: Merida
Today depart for Merida, a city renowned for its impressive Roman ruins. Upon arrival, visit the Roman Theater, an ancient amphitheater that once hosted grand performances and still serves as a stunning testament to the city’s rich history. Enjoy lunch, then participate in a rehearsal followed by your final performance in Merida, where you'll have the chance to perform in this historic setting. (B,L)
Day 7, Saturday March 21: Lisbon
After breakfast at your hotel, depart to Lisbon. Stop for lunch along the way and upon arrival, check into the hotel. Have dinner on your own tonight. (B)
Day 8, Sunday March 22: Lisbon
After breakfast, you will depart on a full day excursion to Cascais and Estoril. Cascais is a small and picturesque fishing town. Enjoy its natural beauty and the Fort of Cascais, built to protect the city from pirate invasions! Estoril was once a small spa town conveniently placed between Lisbon and Cascais and became well known as a prime residence for several European royal exiles! At its height, its visitors knew Estoril as the "Portuguese Riviera". This evening, have a farewell dinner together with your group featuring fados - the folk music of Lisbon's rustic neighborhoods. Day 9, Monday March 23: Departure
Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
