The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.

Day 1, Thursday February 12: Overnight Flight

Departure from the United States.

Day 2, Friday February 13: Prague

Welcome to the Czech Republic! Upon arrival, meet your Encore Tour Manager and transfer to your hotel in Prague. Check in and have time to freshen up before enjoying a walk with your tour managers. Tonight at 7.30pm, come together for a welcome buffet dinner together at the hotel before enjoying a good night's rest. (B,D)

Day 3, Saturday February 14: Prague

Wake up in the capital city of Prague, the perfectly preserved jewel of the Czech Republic. After breakfast, take a guided walking tour of this historic city; highlights include the Castle District, the Lesser Town, Charles Bridge, the Vltava, and Old Town with its medieval Astronomical Clock. Enjoy free time for exploration and shopping this afternoon in the Old Town. Enjoy dinner together tonightt. (B,D)

Day 4, Sunday February 15: Prague

After breakfast at the hotel, board the bus and travel to nearby Vysoka u Pribramy and the Dvorak Memorial House. Return to Prague and have lunch on your own followed by set up and rehearsal for your first concert. Your rehearsal will start at 4pm. Tonight is your first performance of your tour. Afterwards, board a boat for a dinner cruise along the River Vltava/Moldau to see the beautiful city of Prague illuminated by lights. (B,D)

Day 5, Monday February 16: Vienna

Check out of the hotel this morning and depart for the Austrian capital of Vienna, stopping en route at Eisenstadt, Haydn's home and lunch. Arrive in Vienna, a city that has an incomparable musical history and tradition as no other city can boast such an illustrious list of composers: Schubert, Haydn, Mozart, Beethoven, and many more who lived and worked here. On arrival in Vienna, transfer to the MuTh theater to set up for a rehearse together for tonight's second performance that will take place at 7.30pm at the MuTh concert hall in Vienna. Dinner will be together after the concert. (B,D)

Day 6, Tuesday February 17: Vienna

Enjoy a day of exploring Vienna! Orientate yourself on a guided sightseeing tour of the Ringstrasse with its majestic and Imperial buildings. Continue by foot from the Hofburg Palace to the Stephansplatz . Dinner will be together tonight. (B,D)

Day 7, Wednesday February 18: Salzburg

This morning, you'll enjoy breakfast at the hotel before boarding the coach. You will be heading to Salzburg, the city's reputation is based on a living musical tradition being the city of Mozart. Its beauty and vibrant musical life have made it one of Europe's foremost cultural cities. After checking into your hotel, enjoy a half day walking tour through the historical town to see the Mozartplatz, the cathedral, Pegasus Fountain, and Mirabel Gardens! You'll also visit Mozart's Birthplace before taking the funicular up to the fortress that dominates the city. This afternoon, you will have your third concert as an exchange concert with a local conservatory. Dinner together this evening (B,D)

Day 8, Thursday February 19: Munich

This morning, depart for Munich where you'll discover the city during a guided sightseeing tour. This evening prepare for your final concert at St. Michael´s church or similar. Enjoy a farewell dinner together at the Hofbräuhaus! (B,D)

Day 9, Friday February 20: Departure

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
