Day 2, Sunday April 13: Paris

Welcome to Paris! Meet your Encore Tour Manager and get acquainted with this graceful city's cobblestoned streets, charming cafe's and vibrant neighborhoods. Paris is called the City of Light for its role as a center of education during the Age of Enlightenment; it was also one the first cities to adopt streetlights. Today you will participate in a local chruch service in the after (under your group leader's arrangements). Enjoy a special welcome dinner together tonight! (D)

Day 3, Monday April 14: Paris

This morning is yours to explore Paris at your own pace, using your unlimited metro cards. Perhaps walk to see some of the iconic sights for which the city is famous for; such as Place de la Concorde, the mighty column in Place Vendome, the Opera Garnier, or the Tuileries Garden. Enjoy dinner on your own this evening at one of Paris's many restaurants! (B)

Day 4, Tuesday April 15: Lyon

Today is yours to further explore Paris at your own pace; consider visiting the Musée d'Orsay for world-class art, strolling through the picturesque Luxembourg Gardens, or discovering the charm of Montmartre and its vibrant café scene. This afternoon, journey to Lyon via the TGV. Check into your next hotel and have time for dinner on your own. (B)

Day 5, Wednesday April 16: Lyon

This morning, visit a local school where you'll have a visit arranged by your group leader. The rest of the day is yours to explore Lyon at your own pace; you might visit the stunning Basilica of Notre-Dame de Fourvière, wander through the historic traboules of Vieux Lyon, or enjoy the lively atmosphere of the Presqu'île district. (B)

Day 6, Thursday April 17: Lyon

Day 7, Friday April 18: Lyon

Day 8, Saturday April 19: Lausanne

Depart today for Lausanne. Perched on the shores of Lake Geneva with terraced vineyards and the Alps as a backdrop, Lausanne captivates visitors with its mix of historic charm, vibrant arts scene, and sweeping lake views, along with its Olympic heritage. Enjoy dinner on your own. (B)

Day 9, Sunday April 20: Lausanne

Today is yours to explore Lausanne at your own pace. Tonight come together for a special farewell dinner to celebrate your successful performance tour of France and Switzerland! (B,D)

Day 10, Monday April 21: Departure

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
