Culture and Concerts in Italy

Day 1, Tuesday June 10: Overnight Flight

Day 2, Wednesday June 11: Montecatini

Benvenuti in Italia! Arrive in Rome and meet your Tour Manager at the airport. Then transfer to your hotel in nearby Montecatini for check-in, Enjoy dinner together this evening. (D)

Day 3, Thursday June 12: Montecatini

During today's sightseeing tour a local guide provides commentary Also, breeze by the crowds with your own timed entrance to the Accademia which houses Michelangelo's David. Transfer to Lucca were you'll perform your first concert return to montecatini for overnight (D)

Day 4, Friday June 13: Montecatini

Today will be a day at the beach! Sun Umbrella, beach towels included, and a charming area to walk, shop, and relax before you gear up for your travels to Rome and Sorrento. (D)

Day 5, Saturday June 14: Rome

Travel to Italy's capital, stopping en route in Assisi continue to Rome afternoon stroll Fontana di Trevi Spanish steps and time at leisure check in (D)

Day 6, Sunday June 15: Rome

A local guide will accompany you through the Vatican Museums, including the Michelangelo's wonderful Sistine Chapel, and on to St. Peter’s Basilica, giving commentary via personal headsets. Concert at St. Paul in the Wall Dinner will be together tonight (D)

Day 7, Monday June 16: Rome

Enter inside the iconic and historic Colosseum with a local guide another line-avoiding timed reservation and learn the many stories of this nearly 2,000-year-old Roman landmark that's considered one of the architectural wonders of the ancient world. Dinner will be together tonight (D)

Day 8, Tuesday June 17: Sorrento

Travel south to Sorrento. This morning visit the excavated city of Pompeii with a local guide. Nearby Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD and buried the city in ash. What we have today is a perfect picture of life as it was nearly 2,000 years ago.Then check into your hotel in Sorrento where you’ll have time to relax. Rejoin your group this evening and sing an impromptu before dinner (D)

Day 9, Wednesday June 18: Sorrento

This morning enjoy a ride on the high-speed hydrofoil to jaw-dropping Capri. You'll see firsthand why it's called the Island of Dreams as you take a funicular, or inclined railway, past subtropical gardens and up to the town's charming main square with time for shopping in the artisan stores and sightseeing along its narrow lanes. Later, return to Sorrento and perform an impromptu. independent dinner

Day 10, Thursday June 19: Departure

Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States.
