Itinerary

The itinerary is the starting point to your tour, but it’s not set in stone. Your group leader may make changes leading up to departure.

Day 1, Wednesday July 7: Montreal

Upon arrival in Montreal, enjoy free time to explore the historic streets and charming atmosphere of Old Montreal. Check into your hotel! This evening, enjoy dinner at a local bistro. A possible symphony concert in Montreal may be available, pending schedule and availability. (D)

Day 2, Thursday July 8: Montreal

Begin your day with a guided visit to Notre-Dame Basilica of Montréal, one of the city’s most important and awe-inspiring religious landmarks. Your local guide will share the history of the basilica while highlighting its breathtaking Gothic Revival architecture, intricate wood carvings, and luminous stained glass.Later this morning prepare for your first performance of the tour. Enjoy free time for lunch and shopping on your own in Montréal’s vibrant city center.This afternoon, visit Saint Joseph’s Oratory, Canada’s largest church and a significant pilgrimage site, dramatically situated on the slopes of Mount Royal.Gather this evening for dinner at a local bistro, featuring regional flavors and Québecois cuisine. Conclude the day with the unforgettable AURA Experience at Notre-Dame Basilica—a stunning multimedia light and sound show projected throughout the nave, accompanied by the powerful 7,000-pipe Casavant organ, creating an immersive and spiritual atmosphere. Day 3, Friday July 9: Quebec

Travel to Québec City and enjoy a guided tour of the Plains of Abraham, Citadel, Parliament Hill, Place d’Armes, the Latin Quarter, and Place Royale. Free time for lunch and shopping in Old Québec. Check into your hotel and enjoy dinner at a local bistro. Tonight, experience Québec-by-Night, including a scenic ferry ride on the St. Lawrence River, views of the illuminated Château Frontenac, and a climb on the Funiculaire Glass Elevator for panoramic city views. Overnight in Québec City. (B,D)

Day 4, Saturday July 10: Quebec

Start the day with breakfast at your hotel and morning to enjoy the city. Later this morning, an exchange or formal performance with a local adult choir (pending availability) will occur depending on availablity. After the concert, enjoy lunch and refreshments while mingling with your hosts. After your time with the choir board the bus and visit the Citadelle of Québec, a historic military site and official residence of Canada’s monarch and Governor General. Later, travel to Cabane à Sucre (Sugar Shack). Explore the Maple Museum and Canadian Trappers Museum, then enjoy a traditional Quebecois feast served family-style, accompanied by live music from a local performer. End the evening outdoors with the famous maple taffy on snow—a true taste of Québec tradition. Overnight in Québec City. (B,D)

Day 5, Sunday July 11: Quebec

Today, travel along the Beaupre Coast, known for its panoramic views and thrilling activities for your group. First, a tour of the Albert Gilles Copper Museum to view an impressive display of hundreds of handmade copper statues, paintings, jewelry and more. Visit the Christorama Museum where an inspiring exhibit of 50 silver tablets fashioned over 15 years recounts the life of Christ. Then continue for a stop at Marie’s Bread and Oven for a moment to taste some of Marie’s delicious home-made bread and maple butter. Complete your adventure at the Montmorency Waterfall. Next visit the Basilique Sainte-Anne de Beaupré, or a similar destination, one of the most important religious emblems in Quebec. Return to Quebec this afternoon where you will have free time for shopping in Old Quebec with your Tour Manager.On your final evening, treat yourselves to an unforgettable cocktail and culinary masterclass with a private chef and barman. Sip handcrafted creations, explore bold, colourful flavours, and relish each exquisite dish you’ve brought to life (B,D)

Day 6, Monday July 12: Departure

This morning after breakfast travel to the airport for the trip home. (B)
