Day 1, Saturday June 12: Overnight Flight
Depart from the USA on your flight to London!
Day 2, Sunday June 13: Bristol
Arrive at Manchester airport and meet your Encore Tour Managers. After the short transfer to Liverpool, dive straight into the musical history of this city with e a visit to the Beatles Story Museum which charts the rise of four normal boys from Liverpool to become the greatest ever rock'n'roll band. Find out how they met, go undercover at Abbey Road Studios and even take a trip on the Yellow Submarine. Continue to your first hotel in time for a welcome dinner together (D)
Day 3, Monday June 14: Bristol
Today pay a visit to the historic cathedral city of Chester, a city with some of the most intact ancient city walls in the UK. Visit the beautiful cathedral before performing your first concert in this imposing building. Return to Liverpool in time for dinner together (B,D)
Day 4, Tuesday June 15: Bristol
Check out of your hotel this morning and depart for the South West of England. En route, stop to for a sightseeing trip to Stratford upon Avon, the birth city of the most famous playwright and poet of the last 500 years, William Shakespeare. See the house where the Bard was born, situated in the heart of historic Stratford upon Avon, and the house that belonged to his beloved wife Anne Hathaway. Continue with your journey to the Bristol area where you will check into your next hotel and have dinner together. (B,D)
Day 5, Wednesday June 16: Liverpool
This morning spend time exploring the city of Bath, Discover the quirky corners of this Georgian city, including the unique Pulteney Bridge, the charming Guildhall Market, its medieval streets and ancient city walls. Finally, visit the very well-preserved remains of the world-famous Roman Baths, one of the largest religious spas of antiquity. The city's thermal springs originate here, and the baths are still supplied with natural hot water. Walk on original Roman streets and see the ruins of the Temple of Sulis Minerva. Later prepare for your next concert, which could be a shared concert for the youth choir with a local church or music school choir (B,D)
Day 6, Thursday June 17: Liverpool
Check out and depart towards London, stopping first to see the 'dreaming spires' of the University city of Oxford. Your visit includes two of the city's major historic Colleges, New College and Christ's College, both used as sets for the Hary Potter movies. The adult choir may have the opportunity to give a recital in one of the famous College Chapels. Continue to London and check in to your final hotel for the tour in time for dinner (B,D)
Day 7, Friday June 18: London
In the morning enjoy a panoramic tour of the British capital, taking in all the beauty, the pageantry and the wonder of London. You will see all the iconic sites, including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, The Household Cavalry, Whitehall, the Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, and visit the iconic Tower of London. Immerse yourself in the rich history of the place, and discover how it once served both as a palace, and as a prison, where anyone thought be a threat to national security would be brought, including Anne Boleyn, the future Queen Elizabeth I, Sir Walter Raleigh and Guy Fawkes. Mid-afternoon perform a formal concert at the beautiful Holy Trinity Church, in the heart of London’s Belgravia. After an early dinner in a local restaurant, enjoy a spectacular theater show in London's West End (B,D)
Day 8, Saturday June 19: London
On your final day in London, enjoy a visit to the Harry Potter Studios. Tread the original stone floor of the iconic Hogwarts Great Hall, visit Platform 9 ¾, wander down Diagon Alley, encounter animatronic creatures, discover the magic behind spellbinding special effects and explore the behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter film series. After returning to central London enjoy a few hours at leisure in the British capital, before your farewell dinner tonight (B,D)
Day 9, Sunday June 20: Departure
Transfer to the airport for return flight to the United States. (B)
