Greeley Chorale 2027 UK Tour

Day 1, Tuesday June 1: Overnight Flight

Depart from Denver today on your flight to London.

Day 2, Wednesday June 2: Cotswolds

Arrive in London and meet your Encore Tour Managers in the Arrivals Hall. Youre Tour Managers will escort you to your deluxe motor coaches for your drive into the English countryside and the lovely Cotswolds. This afternoon your Tour Managers will fascilitate an easy and efficient hotel check-in at the beautiful De Vere Cotswolds Water Park located amidst the English countryside and lakes. Enjoy a special arrival dinner this evening at a local restaurant.

Day 3, Thursday June 3: Cotswolds

After a full English breakfast at your hotel, enjoy a full-day excursion to two magnificent destinations! First, travel to Oxford for a guided tour of this historic University. Included on your tour is a visit to Christ Church where the Greeley Chorale will be the featured ensemble for the today's afternoon concert series. After free time for lunch on your own, continue to Blenheim Palace for a guided tour of this grand estate first begun by John Churchill, 1st Duke of Marlborough in the late 1600's. Today, the vast parks and land are meticulously preserved for the enjoyment of its visitors. End the perfect afternoon with a trditional; Afternoon Tea at the Bears Inn in nearby Woodstock. After returning to the hotel, the evening is free to explore and enjoy dinner on your own. (B,AT)

Day 4, Friday June 4: Cotswolds

This morning after breakfast, enjoy full-day excursion to Stratford upon Avon for a guided tour of Shakespeare’s Birthplace and Anne Hathaway’s Cottage. After free time to explore and enjoy lunch on your own, continue to Coventry to rehearse and prepare for your concert at the Cathedral (pending approval). Return to your hotel after your amazing concert for a free evening and dinner on your own

Day 5, Saturday June 5: Cotswolds

After breakfast at your hotel, discover the beauty of the Cotswolds. Enjoy stops in quintessential Cotswolds villages, such as Bourton-on-the-Water, Stow-on-the-Wold and Chipping Campden. A highlight of today's excursion is a visit and guided tour of Sezincote House and Gardens. Return to your hotel later this evening for free time and dinner on your own. (B)

Day 6, Sunday June 6: Cardiff

After breakfast and hotel check-out, joorney on to Wales and the city of Cardiff where you will be met by a local guide for a visit of Cardiff Castel and Cardiff Bay. After check-in at your hotel (The Hilton Cardiff), transfer to your performance venue for rehearsal for a late afternoon joint concert with a Welsh Male Choir. After this fantastic concert, enjoy fellowship with a your musical hosts at a festive post-concert reception to celebrate an amazing night. (B,R)

Day 7, Monday June 7: Cardiff

After breakfast at your hotel, set out for a full-day excursion to Castell Coch, Swansea and National Botanic Gardens of Wales. Today will offer a fantastic view of the lush, scenic beauty of Wales. After returning to your hotel, the evening is free to explore Cardiff and enjoy dinner on your own.

Day 8, Tuesday June 8: London

After breakfast and hotel check-out, travel to the historic city of Bath. Visit the ancient Roman Baths as a part of your guided highlights. Today, the Greeley Chorale will be the featured artists for an afternoon recital at Bath Abbey. After yet another fabulous musical experience, continue to London for check-in at the Riu Plaza London Victoria. Enjoy dinner together at a local restaurant this evening in London. (B,D)

Day 9, Wednesday June 9: London

After breakfast at the hotel, meet your local guides for a panoramic tour that ends wth the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace and visit to Westminster Abbey. There will be time to freshen up and have an early dinner on your own before you ttransfer to a local theatre to enjoy a West End Show! (B)

Day 10, Thursday June 10: London

After breakfast, transfer to the Tower of London for a visit and tour. After free trime for lunch on your own, transfer to the beautiful Trinity Church for rehearsal for an early evening concert! After your concert, celebrate a spectacular performance tour with a special farewell dinner at a local restaurant. (B,D)

Day 11, Friday June 11: Departure

After breakfast and hotel check-out, transfer to the London airport for return flight to Denver.
