Day 1, Friday April 16: San Jose

Arrive in the vibrant capital of Costa Rica, a country renowned for its commitment to sustainability. Enjoy a short walking tour with your Tour manager before checking into your hotel and having a welcome dinner together. (D)

Day 2, Saturday April 17: San Jose

Embark on a melodious journey through Costa Rica’s Central Mountain Range to the breathtaking La Paz Waterfall Gardens. Let the symphony of cascading waterfalls and vibrant wildlife awaken your musical spirit. Enjoy a group lunch before preparing for your first performance at the San Jose Cathedral. Dinner together tonight. (B,L,D)

Day 3, Sunday April 18: San Carlos

Enjoy a guided fruit-tasting and pineapple tour in the lush Sarapiquí region, where you’ll sample fresh tropical produce right at the source. Continue on to the town of Aguas Zarcas, where you’ll relax and rejuvenate at your hotel featuring natural hot springs surrounded by Costa Rica’s vibrant landscapes (B,L,D)

Day 4, Monday April 19: San Carlos

After breakfast at the hotel, set out for a morning hike in the beautiful Parque Nacional Juan Castro Blanco. Later, enjoy a full cultural exchange with the San Carlos students, including a joint rehearsal. Return to the hotel to change before the evening’s Exchange Concert with the SINEM students. Conclude the day with a celebratory dinner together. (B,L,D)

Day 5, Tuesday April 20: Monteverde

This morning, board the bus and depart for La Fortuna where you'll have an organic farm visit. Learn about sustainable farming and prepare an organic meal that you'll enjoy for lunch! Continue your journey to Monteverde and check in at your hotel. This evening, you'll dine at a local restaurant. (B,L,D)

Day 6, Wednesday April 21: Monteverde

Start your day with an exhilarating canopy adventure, where zip lines and hanging bridges offer a high-flying perspective on nature’s grand design. In the afternoon, prepare for your finaly concert at the Monteverde Friend's School. Enjoy a post-concert dinner and reception before returning to the hotel. (B,D)

Day 7, Thursday April 22: San Jose

Before bidding farewell to the cloud forest, delve into the rhythmic world of sustainable coffee production on a fascinating tour. Then, journey back to the Central Valley, your minds brimming with new melodies inspired by Costa Rica’s natural wonders. Check-in and enjoy dinner at the hotel upon arrival in San Jose and have a farewell dinner in celebration of your Costa Rican Tour! (B,L,D)

Day 8, Friday April 23: Departure

Transfer to the airport in San Jose for return flight to the United States. (B)
